Martin Postel is the Co-founder & CTO of Opply, a platform for quick & easy ingredient sourcing. Prior to founding Opply, Martin was a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant at ETH Zürich, where Martin focused on machine learning-supported improvement of milling process productivity. Martin also served as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt and completed internships at Airbus Group. Martin has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and has a strong academic background in the field.
