Ping Fan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They are currently serving as the Head of Credit and Vice President of Credit Strategy and Modeling at OppFi since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Citi from October 2019 to March 2022, holding the position of Head of Strategic Analytics and Modeling. Prior to that, Ping Fan was employed at Discover Financial Services, where they held various roles such as Director of Risk Management for Personal Loan, Student Loan, and Home Equity Loan from June 2015 to October 2019. They also served as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Project Manager for Card Risk Modeling from October 2010 to June 2015, and worked as a Project Manager for Operations Strategy in Consumer Lending and Banking Operation from November 2008 to September 2010. Ping Fan began their career at FedEx Services as a Senior Pricing Analyst in Pricing and Revenue Management from August 2007 to November 2008.

Ping Fan earned an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, completing the degree between 2005 and 2007.
