Julie Libby is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in marketing operations and program management. Since 2005, Julie has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing Operations & Program Management at OppenheimerFunds, overseeing $9 billion in 529 college savings plans and managing various investment vehicles, including individual retirement products and private funds. Prior to this role, Julie was the Chief Operating Officer at Fred Alger Management, Inc. from 1996 to 2005, where responsibilities encompassed institutional and retail distribution, integrated marketing, and corporate compliance. Julie began a career in financial services at Arthur Andersen, serving as an audit manager for financial services and capital markets from 1990 to 1995, and is recognized as an expert in the asset management industry. Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Maine.
