Scott Sparkman has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Scott started their career as a Senior IT Manager at Infinity Insurance, where they led the design of the company's SOA architecture and the development of services using .NET technologies. Scott also converted the company's internal classic ASP web applications to ASP.NET.

Later, Scott worked as a Senior Developer at ThinkCash, where they implemented and maintained third-party .NET web services. Scott also contributed to the company's decision agile team.

After that, they joined Infinity Insurance again as a Senior Software Architect. Here, they led the redevelopment of the company's core business libraries using C# and Visual Studio. Scott also migrated the infrastructure and applications from Visual Studio 6.0 to Visual Studio.

Scott then joined VHA as a Solution Architect, where they were involved in the migration of classic ASP websites to ASP.NET 3.5 using MVP pattern, C# language, SQL Server 2008 database, and Entity Framework ORM.

Scott continued their career at BenefitMall as an IT Manager, responsible for managing IT operations.

Scott then served as the Manager of E-Business Technology at Blue Cross of Idaho, overseeing e-business technology initiatives.

Currently, they hold the role of Director of Information Technology at Oppenheimer Companies, Inc.

Scott Sparkman completed their BBA in Marketing at the University of North Texas from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Texas Tech University from 1987 to 1990, without specifying a degree or field of study.
