Xiaoying Hu is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in roles focused on cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise management. Currently serving as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and as a Sr. Security Manager at Oportun, Xiaoying has previously held key positions, including Cyber Security Manager at Katy ISD, Chief Information Security Officer for the City of College Station, and Enterprise Data Architect for the City of Houston. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Municipal Management from Tongji University, Xiaoying has effectively led initiatives to enhance cybersecurity programs and operational strategies across various organizations.
