Ademar Lujano has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Oportun since November 2013, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Operations, as well as Manager of Document Verification. Prior to Oportun, Ademar worked at HP from October 2010 to February 2013 as a Senior Operations Supervisor and also held the position of Executive Case Manager at Sprint from July 2007 to August 2009. Ademar's earlier experience includes roles at AT&T Mobile Tel as an Analyst and at TeleTech as a Supervisor for a USA embassy call center in the Dominican Republic. Ademar is pursuing an MBA in International Business/Trade at EPCA, having started the program in 2017.
