Penny Barnes Kohler has been working as a Research Analyst at OPOC since October 2019. Prior to this, Penny served as a Customer Service Specialist II at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Receptionist at AAA Ohio Auto Club. Penny completed their Associate of Science degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage at Columbus State Community College. Currently, Penny assists members with their needs, manages inventory in the travel store, supports staff, and aids the manager with various tasks.
