Stephen Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of OplaCRM, a leading B2B CRM focused on enhancing sales experiences through human insights and competitor analysis since August 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where impactful solutions were developed for businesses, and as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Oracle, optimizing customer experiences across marketing and sales. Stephen's career also includes leadership roles at HRBoss, Sequent Asia IT Limited, ANZ, and Thakral One, with a strong emphasis on technology, customer engagement, and business transformation. Stephen holds an engineering degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and a Bachelor of Laws in Economics Law from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
