Marc Altrock started their work experience in 2006 as an HR Recruiter at Deloitte. In 2007, they became a Senior Consultant at ifp | Personalberatung Managementdiagnostik, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Talanx Group in HR Development and Change Management. In 2016, they joined OPITZ CONSULTING Deutschland GmbH as the Lead People Development & OC|Academy. Marc later served as a Senior HR Manager and is currently the Director of HR at the company.
Marc Altrock has a Master of Arts degree in HR Development from TU Kaiserslautern, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Psychology at Ruhr University Bochum from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Marc Altrock has also obtained a certification as a Qualified Negotiator® from the Schranner Negotiation Institute in August 2023.
