Dmitry Garshin has extensive experience in database administration and software development, having served as a Database Administrator at OPITZ CONSULTING Deutschland GmbH since March 2015 and previously at Elmos from June 2001 to February 2015. During their tenure at Elmos, Dmitry also worked as a Softwareentwickler. Prior to that, Dmitry was a Softwareentwickler at BRAIN International AG from January 2000 to April 2001. Dmitry Garshin holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informatik from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, earned between 1994 and 2001.
