Jordan Folks is an experienced professional in the field of demand flexibility, currently serving as Associate Director at Opinion Dynamics since March 2019. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as a Senior Consultant at Research Into Action, Inc. from December 2011 to February 2019, and gained valuable experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Portland State University from September 2010 to June 2012. Jordan holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sociology from Portland State University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma (2005-2009).
