Silvia Giada Piol has a varied work experience. In 2002, they worked as a Reference Librarian at the Public Library of Monteviale, where they managed book loans and returns, provided assistance to users, and improved the archive and book classification system. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as a Management Controller and Hyperion expert at Gruppo Serenissima Ristorazione. In this role, they administered the Hyperion Essabse cube and Planning Forms, created a reporting system, and trained colleagues in the Spanish branch. Since 2016, Silvia has been working as a Project Analyst at Opia, where they prepare reports for clients, performs complex analysis, uses Google Analytics, and codes with Visual Basic to implement solutions for promotions and the Finance department.

Silvia Giada Piol pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting in the year 2000, they enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Padova and completed their education in 2005. During this period, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Management Engineering. Following this, in 2015, Silvia pursued further education at Udacity and completed a Nanodegree in Full Stack Web Development in the year 2016.
