Michelle Metts has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle started their career as an Industrial Engineering Consultant at IET, Inc. in 2004. Michelle then transitioned to Nationwide Children's Hospital, where they held positions as a Business Process Consultant and Data Analyst from 2004 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Manager of Data Analytics at Mount Carmel Health System from 2014 to 2017. Michelle then joined McLaren Physician Partners as a Director of Analytics from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT at Ophthalmic Specialists of Michigan & Ambulatory Surgery Center since 2019.

Michelle Metts completed their high school education at Wheelersburg High School from 1995 to 1999. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University from 1999 to 2003.
