Nikhil Toraskar is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in clinical trial data management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at OpGen, Inc. since August 2016, Nikhil directs clinical trial data de-identification and secondary analysis, while also overseeing clinical trial data sharing through a Drupal website. Previous roles include Data Architect at CALIBRE Systems, Inc., and Biostatistician at IMC and Aderans Research Institute. Nikhil holds a Master of Biotechnology in Bioinformatics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Rutgers University.
