Pauliina Kupila is an experienced project manager currently working at the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland, overseeing a digital service strategy for continuous learning since May 2022. Previously, Pauliina spent over two decades at the University of Helsinki, holding various positions, including Head of Training and Project Manager for continuous learning, as well as specializing in e-learning and serving as the Digital Leap Project Manager, responsible for advancing the digitalization of educational programs. Pauliina also contributed as a project manager for the "New comprehensive education" initiative between 2017 and 2019. Pauliina holds a Master of Social Sciences in Sociology from the University of Jyväskylä and a qualification in Teacher Education from Häme University of Applied Sciences.
