Sonia R. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Sonia began their career in 2013 as an English tutor at Camden English Academy, where they provided conversational English classes and substituted for teachers. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Papa John's (GB) Ltd. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Team Member at The Original Bowling Company, where they welcomed guests and coordinated efforts to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Sonia then joined Vectone Mobile as a Customer Service Executive for Austria, handling customer complaints and managing the email department. In 2017, they transitioned to a role in European Sales and Support at LFA Machines until 2019. At LFA Machines, they also created and managed the HR department, implementing hiring procedures and conducting interviews. Sonia most recently worked at Operio Group starting in November 2022 as their Human Resources Director.

Sonia R.'s education history includes obtaining a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from Buckinghamshire New University in 2015-2016 and a Foundation degree in Performing Arts from Arts University Bournemouth in 2013-2015.
