Steve Paoletti currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Operative since September 2021, following a tenure where Steve held multiple vice president roles in product management and strategy. Prior experience includes significant positions at Imagine Communications from January 2013 to September 2021, where Steve managed various product lines and led teams in media sales software. Prior to that, Steve worked at Harris Corporation and Optimal Solutions, Inc. in product management roles focused on advertising solutions, and began a career in research and programming at Meredith Corporation. Steve Paoletti holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BBA in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, alongside an internship with the FAA through The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
