Sam Aberman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sam began their career in the Israeli Air Force as a Senior Developer and Team Leader. Sam then moved on to work as a Senior Developer and System Analyst at Afek Systems, where they developed systems for Maccabi Clinics.
In 1992, Sam founded their own company, Computil LTD, where they served as the CEO and developed solutions for small and medium-sized companies. During their time at Computil LTD, they created various software systems, including EasyCalc for Accountants and an Amortization Management System for Israeli Electricity.
Sam later joined Pilat Media, where they held several positions. Sam worked as a Senior Developer and Team Leader, leading a large development team in delivering changes to the company's main product. Sam also served as a Development Manager, overseeing the development of the Acquisitions and Finance modules for the integrated broadcast system.
In 2015, Sam joined SintecMedia as a Product Manager. Sam played a key role in developing and enhancing the Cinema Advertising Product, including the implementation of new advertising models and the improvement of business processes. Additionally, they contributed to the release of the Audience Forecasting tool, the first machine learning data-driven product of SintecMedia.
Sam then joined Operative, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Solution Architecture, Vice President of Product Management, and Director of Product Management & Data Science. In these positions, they were responsible for product management, solution architecture, and data science. Sam leveraged their expertise to drive R&D execution, build product roadmaps, and bring advanced data and AI-driven insights to the products.
Lastly, Sam worked as a Product Manager at OTTilus, where they defined the roadmap for the OTT product and recommended necessary changes for its commercial viability.
