Frank Lake has extensive experience in business development and government sales, currently serving as Government Sales at Operative Experience, Inc. since October 2017. In addition, Frank holds the position of Director of Business Development for the Public Sector at Shore Things LLC since June 2021 and previously served in a similar role at Telgian from June 2020 to March 2023. Before these roles, Frank was a Senior Business Development Manager at ADS, Inc. from August 2010 to July 2017 and worked as Deputy Medical Manager at Navy Expeditionary Combat Command from April 2007 to June 2010, where a significant medical material overhaul led to immediate savings.
