Stefan Philipp has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as an intern at Lufthansa. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as both an intern and a working student at Bosch Rexroth. In 2015, they founded grant-a-bike along with Christopher Platt. Stefan then joined BSH Home Appliances Group in 2016 as an Innovation Project Manager, where they managed early-stage innovation projects and contributed to the redesign of the stage gate process and department set-up. In 2019, they moved to BSH Digital Ventures GmbH as a Venture Development Manager, where they led and built up a project team for an e-commerce start-up. Stefan'slatest role is at Operations1, where they started in 2020 as a Senior Customer Success Manager and is currently the Head of Solutions.

Stefan Philipp completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau (Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering) at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2009 to 2013. Stefan then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the same field at the same university from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly studied Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at Tampere University of Technology. Furthermore, Stefan Philipp obtained a Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2019.
