Arsen Muhumuza is a professional with extensive experience in global medical education and surgery. Currently serving as Manager of Global Medical Education at Operation Smile since July 2021, Arsen has also held the role of Global Surgery Fellow within the organization. From September 2015 to the present, Arsen has worked as a Medical Doctor, building on foundational experiences as a Medical Student. Additionally, Arsen was the Deputy Chair in charge of departments for InciSioN - International Student Surgical Network from June 2018 to July 2021. Arsen is pursuing a Master of Science in Global Surgery at the University of Cape Town, with an expected completion in December 2025, following education at the University of Rwanda.
