Leny F. Wheeler has extensive experience in financial management, having held various positions over a career spanning more than three decades. Currently serving as Controller at Operation Mobilization since April 2020, Leny previously worked at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in multiple finance director roles and as Assistant Controller from August 2013 to March 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at Care USA, including Sr. Analyst and Finance Manager positions from 1997 to 2013, and Finance Manager at CARE Manila from 1991 to 1997. Leny began a career in finance as an Internal Auditor at RAMCAR, INC. from 1989 to 1991. Leny holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Philippines School of Business Administration.
