Ronald Schoen has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Ronald most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Operating Engineers Funds Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant from November 2021 to January 2023. From 2014 to 2021, they held the position of CFO at the Southern California United Food & Commercial Workers and Food Employers Joint Benefit Funds. Ronald Schoen's career began in 1985 as an Executive Administrator at CARPENTERS SW ADMIN CORP., where they worked until January 2014.

Ronald Schoen completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Monica College from 1972 to 1974. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, graduating in 1976.
