John Mitchem is a technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and cloud contact center industries. As Co-Founder and CTO of Operata since June 2018, John has been instrumental in developing a top-tier CX Observability platform for Cloud Contact Centers. Prior to this role, John served as Unified Collaboration Service Manager at ANZ from February 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included technical and service management for global voice, video, and collaboration platforms. John's earlier experience includes positions as Technical Delivery Manager at Optus from 2009 to 2013, Voice Network Engineer at Coles from 2007 to 2009, and Voice Network Engineer at Telstra from 2005 to 2007.
