Katie Preissner currently serves as the Managing Director of Artistic & Production at Opera San José, having joined the organization in November 2022. Notable productions under Katie Preissner's leadership include the upcoming 24/25 season featuring *The Magic Flute*, *La Boheme*, *Duke Bluebeard’s Castle*, and *Zorro!*, along with contributions to the 23/24 season celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary. Education was obtained at The Catholic University of America, where Katie Preissner earned a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
