David Offord is currently the Director at Opera, where David brings leadership and management to various capital investment and asset management projects. Prior to that, David worked as a Director at Buro Four Project Services for nearly three decades, handling a wide range of projects. David has a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering from Sunderland Polytechnic and an MA in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution from Kingston University.
