Guillaume Calmant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Guillaume most recently worked at OpenWay as an Implementation Engineer, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at SCABEL SA as a Developer from July 2020 to June 2021. Guillaume also served as a Formateur/Consultant at BStorm from July 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they underwent training in Web Development oriented towards Data Visualization at Technofutur TIC from April 2019 to July 2019. In January 2019, Guillaume had an internship at Charlie Bravo where they retrieved data on the spot, worked on web development, and participated in IoT prototyping for embedded devices. At Techno.bel, they received training in IoT expertise from September 2018 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Guillaume had short-term roles at Sabena Aerospace and Sabena technics, including IT service and expedition/reception positions. Additionally, they worked as a reception student and HR assistant at Sabena technics in 2012 and as part of a magazine team in 2011.

Guillaume Calmant's education history begins with their completion of the CESS degree at ISA from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they attended the Université catholique de Louvain from 2012 to 2018, studying Computer Science. During their educational journey, Guillaume also obtained various certifications. In 2014, they received the edX Honor Code Certificate for Paradigms of Computer Programming - Abstraction and Concurrency, as well as the edX Certificate for Paradigms of Computer Programming - Fundamentals. In 2018, they obtained the Expert IoT certification from Techno.bel. Continuing their professional development, Guillaume acquired the Connaissances de gestion de base certification from Bruxelles Economie et Emploi / Brussel Economie en Werkgelegenheid / Brussels Economy & Employment in 2019. Most recently, in April 2021, they completed the Algorithmic Trading: Backtest, Optimize & Automate in Python course and received a certification from Udemy.
