Greg Hauser is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at OpenText since July 2023, where the focus is on implementing a Next-Gen Talent Acquisition Model that integrates AI and automation to enhance recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Greg held various leadership positions at Ingram Micro from April 2012 to July 2023, including Vice President and Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed driving global talent acquisition strategy, HR data analytics, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at CoreLogic, Broadcom Corporation, Ameriquest Mortgage Company - Citigroup Inc, Stride & Associates, and Sony Online Entertainment, with a solid foundation in technical recruitment and operational support. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
