Christina (Tina) Berlingeri has extensive experience in call center and customer service management, currently serving as VP of Call Center Operations at OpenTech Alliance since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Call Center, Work Force Management, and Training Departments while establishing policies to enhance service levels. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Director at the National Academy of Sports Medicine from November 2011 to February 2016, managing the Customer Service Department and implementing company-wide procedures to improve customer satisfaction. Tina's earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at UnitedHealth Group from January 2005 to December 2010, and as a Customer Service Supervisor at New Jersey Natural Gas Company from May 2001 to May 2004, where leadership and employee development were key focuses. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Utah, earned between 1985 and 1989.
