Amanda Bowman-Carr possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Accounts Team at OpenTable since May 2014. Prior roles at OpenTable include Senior Restaurant Services Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative. Prior to OpenTable, Amanda was the General Manager at E&O Asian Kitchen, overseeing operations at a prominent 300-seat restaurant in Union Square, and held a multifaceted role at Wally’s Food Company, which operated an organic meal delivery service. Amanda also contributed to education as a Special Education Teacher at Challenge to Learning School, designing a culinary curriculum for students with learning challenges. Amanda's early experiences in various San Francisco restaurants fostered a strong foundation in food service and hospitality. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
