Juergen Weigert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in DevOps, quality assurance, and documentation within the software and open-source communities. Currently serving as a DevOps and QA specialist at ownCloud since 2014, Juergen also contributes to the openSUSE Project as part of the Video Team, focusing on conference recordings and live streams. With a lengthy tenure at SUSE Linux Products GmbH, beginning in 2003, Juergen has held various roles including Team Lead for documentation and legal, and contributed as a tools developer. Noteworthy contributions include developing licensedigger and leading projects that integrated tools like Swamp and Bugzilla. Prior to these roles, Juergen worked in research and development at neTVision AG, specializing in live video transmission technologies. Juergen holds a degree in Computer Science from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
