We are seeking an Account Manager to work with our top client brands to understand their needs, support them on the OS platform, design marketing campaign strategies, and facilitate deals with athletes.

- Lover and knowledgeable of all things in the sports industry
- Experience working in martech, adtech, sponsorship, influencer marketing
- Strong salesperson and in customer service
What you’ll do
- Manage and own the relationship of 10-20 new and existing client accounts
- Build trust and strengthen relationships between OpenSponsorship and our clients to maximize revenue and renewal
- Present solutions and campaigns via a consultative sales approach, understanding needs and requirements of client
- Negotiate renewal with existing clients and contribute to larger revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal AE and Product teams to deliver desired client outcome
- Advocating for the customer by leveraging any internal resources necessary to anticipate customer needs and solve customer issues
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction from ideation through execution
Your qualifications:
- 2-4 years of account management experience in martech, adtech, SaaS
- Experience with social media strategy and influencer marketing
- Proven track record of helping a team hit quota
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
- Experience with CRM Software (e.g. HubSpot, Zoominfo)
- Experience with upselling
- Proven ability to and preference for working collaboratively with tech product, marketing, and sales teams
- Experience with billing and invoicing
