Jack Earnshaw possesses extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Operations Lead and Customer Success Team Lead for EMEA at OpenSpace since March 2021. Previous roles include Lead Implementation Consultant at Viewpoint Construction Software, responsible for managing teams and ensuring the successful implementation of collaborative software globally. Jack also has experience as a Temporary Works Design Co-ordinator at SJG Group Ltd and has held CAD Technician roles at Halcrow and Shepherd Construction Ltd. Educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Leeds Beckett University and various certifications in project management and construction safety.
