Chad Thelin is a seasoned professional in the field of construction technology and engineering with extensive experience in virtual design and construction (VDC). Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at OpenSpace since January 2022, Chad previously held the role of Technical Sales Engineer at Trimble from September 2014 to January 2022, specializing in software solutions related to VDC, modeling, estimating, and scheduling workflows. Chad's career also includes significant positions at Balfour Beatty Construction, progressing from a Graphics Coordinator in 2000 to roles in management and technology leadership focused on VDC. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1992 and 1997.
