Andy Rose has worked in a variety of roles in the energy industry since 2004. Andy began their career as a Sales Manager at Countrywide Plc, then worked as an Account Manager at RIG Energy in 2009. Andy then moved to Engensa as a Sales Manager in 2010. In 2012, they joined Hanergy as a Regional Manager, responsible for developing the value proposition, supply chain and retail roll out of the Hanergy/IKEA collaboration offering Solar PV installations to home owners around the UK. In 2014, they were promoted to National Operations Manager UK at Hanergy Holding Group. Andy then joined Solarcentury in 2015 as UK Head of Operations, responsible for the day to day operations of residential projects selling Solar PV to homeowners via blue-chip retailers. In 2019, they moved to So Energy as Head of Energy Solutions and, in 2022, they became Head of UK at OpenSolar.

Andy Rose attended Universidad Espíritu Santo from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Spanish Language and Literature.
