Luís Botelho Pereira has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Luís began their career as a Software Developer at SIBS in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Luís then joined LarDoceLar.com as an IT and Software Development Manager for a brief period in 2001. In 2002, they joined Opensoft, where they held various roles over the years. Luís started as a Software Project Manager and then progressed to Head of Software Development. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Research and Development and Business Unit Director at Opensoft.

Luís Botelho Pereira obtained their Licentiate degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Instituto Superior Técnico from 1991 to 1998. Luís later pursued two MBA degrees in Business Administration and Management, General. Luís studied at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova from 2006 to 2008.
