Cláudia Figueiredo serves as a Team Leader at Opensoft since April 2018, focusing on consulting projects in public administration and employing Agile and RUP methodologies. Prior to this role, Cláudia held the position of Senior Functional Analyst at Infosistema for a brief period, contributing to a digital transformation project at BPI Bank. From July 2007 to November 2017, Cláudia worked at Indra as a Team Leader and Senior Functional Analyst, managing various projects across multiple sectors such as Media Capital, EDP Comercial, and Infarmed. Cláudia's earlier experience includes roles at ESI - Espírito Santo Informática as an Incident Manager and a Functional Analyst and Software Developer, as well as a brief tenure as a PMO at Isban Espanha - Grupo Santander. Cláudia began a professional journey at Barclays as an Analyst and Software Developer and also completed a trainee position at IBM. The educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Information Systems and Technology from Instituto Superior de Gestão and a degree in Business Management from Faculdade Ruy Barbosa.
