Daniel Opazo Vento has work experience as a Data Engineer at OpenSistemas since February 2020. In this role, they are responsible for developing dataflows using Apache NiFi to make data available in applications such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Splunk, and Chronicle. Daniel also develops Technology Add-ons for Splunk and configures data transfers using DataX.

Prior to that, Daniel worked as a Junior Data Engineer at everis from September 2018 to February 2020. Daniel was involved in a project for Telefónica where their responsibilities included testing spark clusters in Azure, managing Apache Kafka, and configuring Kafka topics and partitions. Daniel also worked on the development and configuration of Spark configuration files.

Daniel Opazo Vento began their education in 2014, attending IES Virgen de la Paloma. Daniel completed a program in Formación Profesional de Grado Superior in the field of DAM, which they finished in 2016. In 2017, they started attending the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, pursuing a degree in Ingeniería. Their specific field of study within this program is software engineering.
