Tom Luke

Tom Luke has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Tom started their career in 2005 as a Developer/R&D Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked on developing tape and disk-based data backup products. From 2007 to 2010, they held two roles at Hewlett-Packard, first as a Technology Consultant/Project Manager specializing in enterprise-class storage, and then as a Lead Solution Consultant, where they focused on business development and sales of professional services to major telecom clients.

In 2010, Tom joined Cisco Systems as a Cloud and DC Services Sales Executive, where they were responsible for selling cloud and data center services to telecoms and service providers in Europe.

In 2014, they worked at Basekit as the Director of Global Service Provider Partnerships, where they expanded BaseKit's business into the SE Asia region and telecoms sector through strategic partnerships, generating over $2M in annual recurring revenue.

Tom also had advisory and consulting roles at Mono Solutions, The Grid, and Appsme.com between 2015 and 2017, where they provided guidance and expertise in various areas.

Since 2015, Tom has been with Opensignal, where they have held multiple roles. Tom started as the Vice President of WW Sales & Marketing and later transitioned to Vice President of Market Development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Innovation.

In addition, Tom took a career break in 2015 for four months to travel. Overall, their work experience spans sales, business development, consulting, and leadership roles in the technology and telecom industry.

Tom Luke attended Loughborough University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) with Honors in Computer Science and Business. In 2001, they completed their A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and ICT at Moorlands VI Form in Cheadle. In 2014, they also briefly attended Cass Business School for a course in Leadership for Sustainable Growth, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree from there.
