Nicholas Hemerling currently serves as an Associate Software Engineer at OpenSesame since June 2021, following an internship as a Software Engineer Intern. Previous experience includes a role as a Student Software Engineer at Thinkful, where industry best practices in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, React, and algorithms were learned. In the performing arts, Nicholas contributed as Assistant Director, Actor, and Comedian at Moonlight Theater Company, creating original comedy productions and collaborating on design elements. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern position at Ars Nova Theater. Educational qualifications comprise a Diploma in Theater from Ecole Philippe Gaulier and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Middlebury College.
