Nelson M is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Associate at OpenSea since March 2022, Nelson previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Dassault Systèmes from January 2019 to June 2020. Earlier roles include Customer Service Team Lead and Product Development Engineering Intern at OVALWARE from June 2017 to December 2018.
