Chip Dunn has over 20 years of experience in the finance and investment industry. Chip began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at KPMG US. Chip then joined Bear Stearns & Co. in 2000 as a VP/Associate. In 2004, they moved to Lehman Brothers as a Vice President and then to Goldman Sachs in 2006 in the same role. In 2009, they became the Managing Director and CEO of BDT & Company, LLC, and in 2015 they launched BDT & Company International and established a London office as its Managing Director. In 2017, they became the Founder & CEO of Monomyth Group and Chairman & Lead Investor of Inclusive Finance Limited (d/b/a Creditspring). In 2019, they founded Be4 Holdings Limited (d/b/a HAWQ Score and d/b/a STONE London) and in 2022 they became the Chairman & Lead Investor of Anovion and OpenScholar.

Chip Dunn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University between 1990 and 1994. Chip then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago between 1999 and 2000. Prior to this, they attended Maine South High School from 1986 to 1990.
