Cheryl Kindwall Laverty is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and merchandising. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Global Forwarding at OpenRoad, Inc. since March 2023, Cheryl previously held the position of Hardlines Merchandise Manager at Coastal Farm & Ranch from October 2018 to October 2022. Cheryl's experience also includes serving as a Sr. Retail Merchandise Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company from 2014 to September 2018 and various roles at Fred Meyer from 2000 to 2014, including Buyer for Sporting Goods and Garden Center, Replenishment Analyst for Garden Center, and Store Operations Management. Cheryl holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing, Spanish, and Economics from the University of Montana, earned between 1996 and 2000.
