Austin Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they served as the Core Product Manager at Propylon until 2015. Following this, they worked as an Operations Engineer at Computerized Assessments & Learning, LLC from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, Austin founded two companies, Rivet.cloud (formerly OpenRelay) and Note G Inc., where they held the positions of Founder & CEO and Founder, respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Software Consultant during the same year.

Austin Roberts obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, having attended from 2005 to 2010.
