Papuna Gagnidze is a seasoned technology professional with a strong background in quality assurance and DevOps, currently serving as the Founder of Owloops since November 2022. At Owloops, Papuna maintains open-source projects including a JSON-based automation framework and tools for AI-driven testing automation. As a DevOps Engineer and QA Engineer at OpenReel and Toptal, Papuna has been involved in various roles since 2019, focusing on enhancing interview techniques for QA candidates and conducting over 170 interviews. Co-founding GEOSTQB, Papuna actively contributes to the software testing community, collaborating with industry stakeholders. Previous experience includes leadership positions at TBC Bank, Product Savvy Consulting, and roles at Casting Networks and Delta Comm LLC, where Papuna honed skills in team management, system architecture, and network operations. Education was pursued at Tbilisi State University between 2015 and 2016.
