Arvind Reddy B. started working at OpenText in 2021 as an intern. After completing the internship, they became an Associate Software Engineer in January 2022. They worked in this role until June 2022. In December 2022, Arvind joined Openprise as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Arvind Reddy B. attended Matrusri E and L High School from 2011 to 2016. Following this, from 2018 to 2022, Arvind pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering at Neil Gogte Institute of Technology.
