Neal Stammers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neal started their career in 1999 as an Information Technology Engineer at V22 IT Solutions. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Cosmic UK as an IT Trainer and PHP Web Developer, teaching IT skills to a wide range of individuals.
In 2006, Stammers joined NetGorilla Ltd as a Full Stack Web Developer, and later transitioned to a role as a Full Stack Engineer from 2016 to 2018.
At Nexus Open Systems, starting in 2012, Stammers served as a Senior Frontend Web Developer and then as the Website Development Manager from 2014 to 2016.
From 2018 to 2019, Stammers worked as a System Analyst at Water Babies Bubble Ltd, where they were responsible for managing multiple projects, interacting with external developers and 3rd-party agencies, and overseeing data analysis and communications for franchisees.
Stammers then joined Funeral Zone in 2019 as a PHP Software Engineer, playing a crucial role in building the API for their SAAS app. Neal utilized various skills and technologies such as PHP, Micro-services, GraphQL API Development, Scrum/Agile, Domain Driven Design, and Docker.
Currently, Stammers is employed at OpenPlay, where they started as a Senior Software Engineer in 2020 and was later promoted to the position of Lead Software Engineer in May 2021.
Throughout their career, Stammers has gained extensive experience in software engineering, development, and analysis, along with expertise in various technologies and methodologies.
Neal Stammers attended The King's School but the specific start and end years are unknown. Neal then went on to study at Tiverton College where they obtained a National Diploma in Public Service. In addition to their formal education, Neal Stammers also received a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2015.
