Rafael Ramos began their work experience as an Engineering Intern at InMotion Hosting in January 2013 and transitioned into a full-time role as a Software Developer in August 2013. Rafael then progressed to become a Senior Software Developer in August 2015, a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead in February 2018, and finally a Lead Software Engineer in February 2021. In January 2023, Rafael joined OpenMetal.io as the Director of Software Engineering.

Rafael Ramos earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University, completing their education from 2010 to 2014.
