Tracy DeCosta-Buehrens, CPRM has a solid work experience in the insurance industry. Tracy currently serves as an Agency Success Manager at Openly since August 2022. Prior to this, Tracy worked for German American from March 2013 to August 2022, where they held the position of VP, Personal Risk Manager. Throughout their 17-year tenure there, Tracy focused on providing tailored insurance solutions to their clients, ensuring their personal assets were protected. Tracy's expertise in the industry allowed their to educate clients and their team on the latest trends and options available. Before joining German American, Tracy worked as a Personal Lines Producer at Schultheis Insurance Agency, Inc. from June 2008 to March 2013.

Tracy DeCosta-Buehrens, CPRM obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College in 2004. Additionally, Tracy has acquired several certifications including an Indiana Life Insurance License from the Insurance, Indiana Department of in March 2014, a Kentucky Property and Casualty License from the Department of Insurance for the State of Kentucky in June 2007, and an Indiana Property and Casualty License from the Insurance, Indiana Department of in September 2005.
