Gidi Shalev has extensive work experience in various roles. Gidi began working at Shaltech in 1984 as a Boss/slave until 1994. Gidi then joined Amdocs as a Documentation Manager from 1994 to 2010, followed by roles in Pre-Sales and Marketing, Digital Advertising from 2010 to 2011, and Business Transformation from 2011 to 2014. In 2012, Gidi started working at OACAPeppers, their family company, where they held the position of God until 2018. During this time, they also had a role as You name it at OACAPeppers, where they worked on making boutique hot sauces, salsas, and spicy jams. Gidi's most recent work experience was at OpenLegacy, where they held the position of Communications Director for Customer Success and Technical Documentation from 2016 to the present.

Gidi Shalev earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completing their studies between 1979 and 1981. Prior to that, they attended high school from 1971 to 1973. Gidi also holds additional certifications in CQA and ICQA from ASQ.
